DOWIE DOOLE recently featured as part of the 'Great Chefs' program at the renowned William Angliss Institute in Melbourne.

The renowned Great Chefs program has been operating at William Angliss Institute for over a decade.  It provides final year Professional Cookery students with the opportunity to work with the leaders and innovators in Victoria's culinary scene.  Recently Norm Doole was a guest speaker at one of the Great Chefs dinner where DOWIE DOOLE's first class wines were matched with an exquisite menu by chefs Jake Nicolson and Lee Wright.
