When will my items arrive?

Delivery times are between 5 to 10 business days depending on your address.


Can I have my wine delivered to a PO Box?

Yes, DOWIE DOOLE can deliver your wine to a PO Box.


Can the courier leave my wine if I’m not there to receive it?

Yes, you can have wine left if you are not there to accept it, however DOWIE DOOLE doesn’t accept any responsibility for wines once they’ve been delivered by the courier company.

If you aren’t home at the time of delivery, and you haven’t opted for your wine to be left unattended then it will be redirected to your local post office or Pop Shop and a card left to let you know.


Which delivery company do you use?

Our preferred courier is Wine Delivery Australia but others may be used upon request – please contact us for more information, tastingroom@dowiedoole.com or +61459 101 372.


Is my Purchase insured?

Goods are insured within freight charges against physical damage or loss.


Problem with your delivered products?

If your order is damaged in transit or is not what you ordered then let us know as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to rectify the issue upon presentation of your proof of purchase. If you have any issue please contact us on tastingroom@dowiedoole.com or +61459 101 372.
