Having gone through partial malolactic fermentation, this Fumé Blanc has great mouthfeel and texture which gifts the wine complexity and elegance.
Maturation
Aged for 8 months in one 2015 second fill French oak puncheon.
Winemaking
This wine we have crafted with minimal intervention, we have used no fining agent, we have not filtered it, we have let this wine naturally settle to give added mouthfeel & texture.
